We need an experienced Human Resources to join our team! You will supervise, monitor, and assess all day-to-day HR activities. You’ll also be determining financial condition by designing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting financial data.

Brief Description / Key Skills:

  • To Handle all the Hr responsibilities for the company like – Talent Acquisition / Manage the employee life cycle from Entry till Exit / Performance Management & appraisal / Employee retention / Training / Employee Welfare / Salary processing¬† / Reviewing HR policies of the organization / Handling Statutory Compliances / Business Partnering / Employee Grievances / Payroll Processing / PF / ESIC /
    arrears Calculation / Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and building up strong team for the company.
  • Appointing the required staff in-co-ordination with other departments, Verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks, Ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs.
  • Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management.
  • END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES Employee relations
  • We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
  • You will be responsible to screen candidates, assess their skills and guide them
    through the onboarding process.

Detailed Description:

  • Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • ¬†Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit program.
