Refund Policy

Thank you, for your interest in our courses, we make sure our users have a positive experience while discovering, evaluating, and purchasing our courses.

The Refund Policy follows almost the same terms and conditions as any other online purchase. When you purchase a training course on CERTERA, you comply with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy.

What is CERTERA’s Cancellation and Refund Policy?

At CERTERA, after making the payment for any particular training course the amount will only be refunded depending on management decision  in the following conditions:-

If refund request is raised within 24 hours/1 day of purchase of course.

· In case of Self Paced Learning:- Money back guarantee stands void, if the participant has accessed the content of the learning material or downloaded any learning material such as the E-Book, etc.

· In case of Instructor Led Training:- Money back guarantee stands void, if the participant has accessed the content of any e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms sessions or has received recordings for the same or has downloaded the E-Book for the course.

· In case of Center Based Training: – Money back guarantee stands void if, the participant has attended the classroom session for 1 day or more.

· Any refund request beyond 24hours/1 day of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.


· CERTERA, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or course training, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor/trainer illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

· In case CERTERA cancels an event or course training, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund request is raised within 1 day of cancellation of course. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.

· In case CERTERA cancels/postpones an event or course training, the same will be rescheduled to an upcoming batch without any extra charges.

· No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the course.

· In case if the candidate cannot participate in the scheduled training, then a prior notice has to be sent to the enrollment manager 7 days before the training session.

Online Training

· In case of an early or late leave for a session in online training there will be no compensation.

· As the online classes are hosted under a different time zone, the trainees are expected to corporate with the management in case of network issues or unavailability of the trainer in the worst scenarios. The lost training hours will be compensated.

· In case if you want to discontinue the training due to unsatisfactory services then, you have to inform the management within the first day of the training session or 10 % of the course coverage whichever is less. No compensation will be provided.

· Distribution of the provided course content is prohibited.

· No submission of feedback form will be taken as the confirmation that the student was satisfied with the services.

· Training once registered cannot be altered or changed as all sales are final but, in exceptional cases depending on management decision alterations may be applied. Exam dates can be changed by following the exam reschedule process mentioned below.

How do I Cancel/ ask for Refund for an order?

· You have to notify us by sending an official E-mail to our support team at for the refund of the fees with valid reason. This refund request will then be reviewed by the concerned department to further validate it and get it approved from the management.

· Any enrollment refund (if approved) will attract 10% transaction charge on account of processing fees for the refund of payment.

How will the Refunds (if applicable) be processed?

· Refund will be done in “45” working days starting from refund applied and approved by CERTERA.

· Refund amount will be confirmed only after complete check of services by our experts.

· Refund will be made in same mode of transaction from which candidate has made the payment or stated otherwise by the candidate.

· CERTERA will have the final rights to reject or accept the request of refund.

· Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment, within the above mentioned duration of days.

What is the Policy for Rescheduling?

In case CERTERA reschedules the training event, the options available to the delegates are:

· 100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.

· The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, on any date of a scheduled training.

· The delegates, if they so wish, can send his replacement. However, this should be intimated to CERTERA at least 3 days prior to the event.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

· If the rescheduling request is received 3 business days prior (or more), 10% of registration fee will be charged.

· Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.

· If the request of rescheduling is received within 3 business days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.

· Notwithstanding the foregoing, the course must be attended within 6 months of the participant’s original sign-up date, and no refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend a course within this six-month period.

What to do for Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card provider, it often takes some processing time before your refund is officially posted. · CERTERA reserves the right to change the prices of their services, materials, deals, and offers.

· All the prices of the training courses and materials are subject to change without any prior notice. These changes are done on the basis of unavoidable circumstances.

· Prices for the group, batch, and training in the classroom or through online mode can differ from the one-on-one training session.


Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original mode of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer and approved by CERTERA.
